His Faithfullness

Trust in the Lord and do good.
Dwell in the land and feed on His faithfullness

The Lord will can never be used up by you. He has an endless supply to feed you. This scripture has stood out to me, particularly the part where it says to feed on His faithfullness. In life there are times where we really need to take things 1 day at a time. God is faithful, and God only provides what we need for the day. We spend so much time worried about tomorrow or 1 year from now, that we are not feeding off what He has actually provided for us right now. God's faithfullness is experienced in the here and now. You cannot experience tomorrow's faithfullness from God today, or tomorrow's grace today. You have to feed off today's faithfullness while it is still today. I feel like the word "feed' means that it will give us fuel, it will build us up, it will help us have faith for all that God wants to perform in our lives. Feeding off His faithfullness will multiply your faith. " Feeding off His faithfullness will multiply our faith". The bible says that without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God.

Marriage.................................It's not easy. It is a colorful creation full of ups and downs, highs and lows. And some desperate times. It cannot be done without God. It is His invention and only He can navigate you through it. But marriage is worth fighting for. You don't always have the energy to fight anymore and that's ok. It's ok to not be ok. Starting your day

When I begin my day with a fast pace and a mind to "get things done" it really never ends well. I burn out pretty fast. When I take a "rest stop" at the very beginning of my day with God and linger a little, the day always goes better. Micah 7:7 says: Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me. It seems as if when I don't start my day with God a cycle of self-dependence starts and it never ends well. When I start my day with God, dependence on Him starts my day and He reminds me during morning devotional time to lean on Him to get through the day.
